Everything, the location was awesome, the price is affordable, for midtown Manhattan, and the personnel is extremely kind. You will like you are at home. We had a nice apartment, with a kitchen and two rooms, and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the window is awesome. There is one great receptionist Hector, although they are all very kind, he was a real champ on our last day there.

Everything was excellent, as usual. I also stayed at this hotel last year, but I'm not sure if the room I booked this year is the same as last year's. This year, I had a room with extra charging ports, a small fridge, and even a microwave – perfect for those who need them. Even though I didn't utilize them this time, it was a thoughtful touch to have them available. Another welcome improvement was the promptness of receiving my invoice. Last year, it took them at least a week and several reminders to send it. This time, I received it immediately after check-out – a much smoother experience.

This East Midtown Manhattan hotel is 9 minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of Fifth Avenue. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the lobby. Central Park is 15 minutes' walk away. Good location, walking distance to times square and central park and subway stations. Nice interior and spacious rooms. We stayed with 3 teenage children and was perfect they loved it.

Located on New York City's East Side, this hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from St. Patrick's Cathedral. It offers an on-site restaurant and a 24-hour fitness centre. The staff were lovely! Special mention of Bobby who was super helpful and friendly! No request was too big or too small for the staff! It felt like home away from home! I would go back everytime I go to NYC!
