EVERYTHING 💯 Even though the studio is apart of the main house it's very private. No intrusions. Outside areas cosy and relaxing. Shame it was too cold to use that gorgeous pool. The stay was very catered for, with all that we needed and some yummy added treats. So comfy, beautiful set up and relaxing. Great big towels 🥰

The room was of very good quality, better quality then most hotel rooms. The price you pay is very cheap for the high quality of the room. Everything else in the house besides the room is also very good, you feel like you have our own space there. The hosts are very friendly and nice and always ready to help you. The guest house is also very well located, it's very easy to reach the center of Perth from there.

She took the time to give me excellent advice on places to visit in the area, which greatly enhanced my stay. 2. Impeccable and Comfortable Room: My room was simply perfect. Not only was it impeccably clean, but it was also beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing me to have peaceful and restful nights. 3. Friendly and Peaceful Atmosphere: Carmen's guest house exudes a peaceful and friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The other travelers were also very friendly, adding to the welcoming ambiance of the place. I enjoyed being able to relax in the common areas and engage in interesting conversations with other travelers.

Beautiful gardens at the rear of the property. Comfortable and extremely quiet room. Great location for the historic old town of Guildford.
