Absolutely TOP notch!!(I'd given 20 out of 10) My Casa Azul experience was incredibly awesome! It's a beautiful wooden house with so many cultural/historical details with peaceful ambiance. It's like a walking into a museum and place is spotless clean as well. Also I've met several wonderful fellow travelers around the globe and I'd definitely return again. It was clean, the location is good, the WiFi worked well, basic diy breakfast included and the owner was very shy woman of few words but friendly. And the dogs were fun. I really don’t understand the high rating, it’s a 6/10 for me because of the above mentioned combined with the price but I would never recommend it for more than just a bed and shower.
