Everything was just perfect! The host is a super nice and kind person, the service and the accommodation are simply great. The area is quiet and nice,it’s very safe place to stay over in Guayaquil. There is the chance to get a laundry for a small extra fee, we got everything washed and dried in an afternoon. Highlights of our stay: the bed (the best I’ve ever slept in!) and the breakfast!! I can’t recommend this place enough and I hope to get back one day.

Perfect solution. My friends left and I needed just a room for a cheaper price for myself. The host offers the second floor as a whole rental apartment and the first floor as a rental by room. Having rented just the double room, I still had access to all apartment amenities. Nice and unexpected treat. Eduardo, the host, was very nice and accommodating.

This was an awesome deal for a private room. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a really decent size with an excellent shower. The little touches were very lovely, some free biscuits, tea and coffee, a TV and free wifi with the modem right in the room. The location is great for a quick overnight stay if you have to travel the next day as it is super close to the airport and terrestrial terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I loved having a good chat in the morning. Very friendly and relaxed vibe here.

The lady was so kind to wake up early on a Saturday morning and cook me breakfast and call a cab to the airport. Had an actual hot water shower!
