The owner was more than helping and friendly. We were personally welcomed and after asking we were given beautiful recommendations for special shops and cafes. The room was absolutely lovely, we were stunned by the view and the location! If we come back to brighton we will most definitely book the Blue Sky Guest House again! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Breakfast was great! I'm so glD THEY HAVE VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN OPTIONS. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stephen was really great! The room was lovely and the location was so convenient and beautiful.

We absolutely loved the place! The property was very welcoming, clean and authentic. We stayed in a lovely sea view room ( we got a free upgrade a few days before our arrival). We appreciated the open mic evening with lots of great music and beers at the pub :) PS. The breakfast is wow! Highly recommended!

Really clean and good attention to detail with decor- with pictures of the local area everywhere (which is particularly nice if you’re interested in the history of Brighton). Well laundered bedding and exceptional cleanliness.. The hosts were extremely welcoming, kind and friendly! As a solo female traveller I felt really safe so would highly recommend if you’re a female on your own! Have stayed in a lot of similar hotels but this was a really extra positive experience. Comfortable single bed, very large and the room was quiet. The hotel is just enough outside town to not hear the noise but close enough to walk everywhere. Made to order breakfast as well, really delicious! Would recommend on the hosts friendliness alone! Top notch experience and throughout. 5 star review from me!

We had a great stay at Cavalaire Guest House !! Perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and all points of interest in Brighton. Our host Vesna was so kind and welcoming. Large bedroom, very cosy and well-equipped, everything was very clean. Decoration is amazing, warm and colorful, we loved it ! And cherry on the cake: the breakfast ! Lot of choices, fresh fruits, coffee and tea, banana bread, porridge, eggs, smashed avocado... And cinnamon ! Prepared on site: fresh, delicious and generous ! Thank you so much for welcoming us. We will come back next time we are in Brighton, without hesitation !

A true gem, just outside (but close to) the hustle and bustle of Brighton. The owners created a wonderful boutique-style guesthouse, and go above and beyond to keep standards high. Rooms are lovely decorated and very clean. Beds and bedding are of seriously high quality and extremely comfortable. Tasteful breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade granola, warm croissants etc. Definitely, the place to stay when visiting Brighton!
