The property was perfect for our large group visiting London. Just a few steps from the bus stop and grocery. An easy walk from two metro stations made sightseeing around easy. Andy made sure the house was completely ready for our stay. He had the house stocked with everything we could possibly need to include toilet roll, cleaning supplies, and even shampoo/conditioner. There were plenty of plates, cups, and cooking items for our group of 9. Two full bathrooms with plenty of hot water accommodated multiple showers at the same time. The house is also equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher which made doing laundry and cooking a breeze. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable which was nice after long days of walking. The A/C kept the property cool during the warmer days. Communicating with Andy was easy and he is quick to respond to any questions/needs.

This is a great place to stay close to The City in London. Self contained unit, comfy bed, great shower, lots of thoughtful touches.

The innkeeper was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was a lovely spread of breads, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurts, coffee, etc. Excellent location with a bus stop across the street.

It was the best accommodation experience possible. Tommy really made us feel at home. In my opinion, the house is located in the most beautiful part of London. You can reach Queensway tube station in ten minutes. You can also walk to Hyde Park in ten minutes. There are also great restaurants and markets near the house. You can access everything you need. I go very prepared for my travels because I don't know what I will encounter, but if I had known that this house was so well-equipped, I would have made less preparations. This house has a converter for European sockets, a coffee machine, snacks and everything you might need in a house. Everything has been considered and aesthetics have not been sacrificed. It is a very nice apartment and is located in a wonderful garden. Watching the squirrels passing through the garden while drinking your coffee in the morning feels really great. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. During our trip, we tried to cope with our desire to go home. The peace of the environment seems to beckon you to it. Tommy's surprises and his wonderful dog Blanco are other things that will make this house indispensable. In summary, it is a very peaceful and comfortable place that you can choose with peace of mind for a wonderful accommodation experience. Enjoy it. Thanks again to Tommy and Harolda for everything. The staff were incredibly nice. The room was pretty big, exceptionally clean and equipped in everything promised. The breakfast served was also very good, the staff made sure it didn't lack anything and we were fully satisfied. One of the better guesthouses I've visited<3
