Many cafe with view around the area The premise and room are beautiful, their indonesian breakfast is better than their continental or american breakfast which are too little in quantity Motorbike rental on site, 100k for a day, a lot of places to explore around Padang The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Rivaldi even can speak a little bit of Chinese.

We stayed 2nights in Padang before a trip to see Mentawai tribes. FEBY, the manager of 3 homestay in Padang, welcomed us at the train station with her husband and little son, near the guesthouse. She helped us to find a sim card and cash. Very helpful lady! We communicate easily in English by WhatsApp. We took a dinner together with her family. Nice ambiance with a lot of smiles. We will plan to come back 2nights in 1 week after Mentawai trip. The guesthouse is well maintained with fridge and drink water. The beds are comfortable and there is clim in the room. Very recommend place in Padang. We were by family with kid.
