Stunning views and homely atmosphere - Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the overall atmosphere was lovely. One of the highlights was the stunning views. Being able to see Bukhara and the old city was really amazing. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

The owner of this place was so kind and friendly, they handled all our issues. Breakfast was tasty and big, we couldn't eat it all :) The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, because it's situated near the Labi Haus and is close to all historical objects, including Old City.

Very nice guesthouse in great location, only 5 minutes from Kalon Minaret and Lyabi Khauz. Plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby. Welcoming young hosts. Very clean and comfortable. I higly recommend it for stay in Bukhara.

The location is perfect, just few minutes from main attractions, easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean, bed sheets and linens smell so clean so I really liked it. The breakfast is more than sufficient and they keep providing more, the pastries done by family itself they were so tasty.

Spent a few nights at Sezam. This place was exceptional. The family was very hospitable and kind to me, a very friendly family. Bed was comfortable and cozy during my stay. The price is extremely affordable. The food was great. The location is the best in all of Bukhara. This place is a must stay, you will not regret it. Had the chance to meet locals and other travelers while staying here, and they were all a friendly bunch. I enjoyed my stay a lot, the locals of Bukhara are very relaxed. The host was very friendly and attentive. He offered us to pick us up from the station and brought us back for a very reasonable price. At the arrival to the guesthouse he treated us with green tea and sweets. We were impressed by his friendliness and kindness. The next day he drove us around in Bukhara to the market and different sightseeing points we wanted to see. The price for this service was very reasonable too. Thanks for your loving hospitality!

Superb hosts. On arrival we were personally driven by the owner to a restaurant which we wanted to visit, so that we could get there before closing time. On leaving our flight was due to depart at 5.40am so we checked out at 3.30am - despite the early hour our host got up to see us off. Not only that, but on arrival at the airport we discovered that our flight was delayed by several hours, so we returned back to the guest house. The hosts were incredible, even helping us to change money to pay for the taxi driver (as we had spent all local money thinking we were leaving). You couldn't wish to stay with better, kinder people. The accommodation is lovely. Clean, new, modern and nicely decorated. It's located in the heart of the of town on a quiet street. Only a few steps to all the main sights. There is a good view from the window. One thing worth mentioning is that the bed was comfortable. This was the only place we stayed at in Uzbekistan that had a nice soft mattress. Not only that but the bed linen was of a high quality too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
