The location is good. Just nearby itchan qala west gate. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is just perfect. They made uzbek national dish - pilaf on our request. Especially the lady has a very warm nature. Nice hospitality. It's a family run hotel and we feel the same as in our home there. Thank you

This was perfect; my first stop in Uzbekistan after a very long trip. Hotel arranged taxi was waiting at airport, owner met me at front door on arrival and had fantastic breakfast ready in minutes. Room was large and importantly dark and cool on a very hot day/week. Very nice bathroom as well. Small personal hotel as opposed to large tourist hotels you often find. Good WiFi. Location is quiet, but only 5-10 minute walk to most major sites in Khiva. I was only in Khiva 2 days (I think that is enough unless you do day tours out of the city) but would have happily stayed at Khiva Amir Tora for several more days just for the comfort.

Excellent location just outside east fortress gate. Nice nourishing breakfast, vegetarian BTW, that changed from day to day. Very friendly innkeeper.

Nice place to stay in Khiva! Ganijon and his family are very hospitable and helpful. Our best hotel through all the Uzbekistan trip. We've got all the care and attention, our daughter (2 years old) felt as she was at home: went here and there, watched chickens in the yard. The hotel is located in the historical centre of the city (inside the ancient fortress). Breakfasts are great and you also can order some traditional meals (delicious!) for dinner so there's no need to go outside for lunch. The prices will surprise you 😉 The hotel had organized transfer for us from airport of Urgench and to Khiva railway station. I wish this place prosperity and good luck. If I will be in Khorezm region again - this is the best place to stay.

It happened so that we had to find a place for one night, so we found this one at the evening, tired and exhausted. I immediately called the phone number and woman helped me find their hotel entrance. Very hostile and friendly staff, I liked to have a conversation with them. Also they meet us with tea and snacks/fruits, even though they shouldn't. Price is very pleasant and the rooms are quite fine, especially for the price. Totally recommend.

Very nice place to stay, top quality-price room, close to the fortress , very clean , nice room with all we need, I really recommend it
