Super host and hostess - so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way! Room and property were peaceful and inviting. Highly recommend.

Situated on the edge of the Brokenback Mountain Range, Elfin Hill Vineyard Accommodation boasts a swimming pool and free on-site parking. All accommodation features a patio offering panoramic mountain and vineyard views. The room was fantastic with everything we needed. I was surprised at how big the room was. We had a lot of space and could enjoy the property. The bed was so comfortable and we had a great sleep. The owner was beautiful and so kind. We loved staying here and highly recommend it to anyone, we could not fault it.

First Evelyn upgraded us to a larger cottage without us even asking. We had 2 large bathrooms with both a bathtub and a shower. In the morning, the breakfast was way beyond our expectations, it was so delicious and btw included in the booking! you should not miss it! We recommend this place for family and group of friends :) It felt somehowlike home

Being able to have our dog was an absolute bonus. The quietness of the neighbourhood. The sprawling, immaculately kept front yards and all the neighbourhood dogs beautifully contained. Even the red chicken who kept escaping added to our delight. Thank you for a beautiful space to stay.

Situated in Wollombi, in a historic building, 40 km from Hunter Valley Gardens, Capers Cottage and Barn Accommodation is a guest house with a garden and terrace. This guest house offers accommodation with a balcony. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The historic village of Wollombi was very scenic, we didn't have time to explore it as we were there for our daughter's wedding at a nearby retreat. We were warmly greeted by our host Jane, who took us on a tour of the main house which was a magnificent example of an early colonial mansion, very historic in origin. The Capers Guesthouse had a choice of three separate buildings for a stay, we had the Barn which was a real highlight as it was literally a slab barn with beautiful interior, so rustic but comfortable. The furniture inside was a collection of antiques which reflected the heritage atmosphere of the Barn and town. All modern facilities for cooking, the supplied breakfast had a choice of cereals or full cooked breakfast. The ingredients supplied were the best quality, tomatoes, huge mushrooms, eggs and the best sausages and bacon I've tasted in a long time. The bed was a huge king size, very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and supplied by fresh rainwater from tanks. We want to try the other buildings for a stay in the future and have the pleasure of a historic building stay.
