I had a great view of the lake from my room, and I especially liked it that my room had donkeys next to it. If you arrive from the Sun temple, it’s not bad to get to, but of course, like all properties, coming from the Yumani port, it’s a an uphill adventure against altitude. If you want to go to Las Velas, it’s the perfect location because it is the closest accommodation. Since may be walking through the forest on your way back and need a flashlight, it’s very easy to find your way back. It’s also on the way to one of the lookout points from which it’s about 10 minutes to get there. The path to it continues past Las Velas.

Great views and located close to Yumani port. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Good wifi in restaurant area (I could do video calls) but not in rooms but that is ok.

Set in Comunidad Yumani, in a building dating from 1993, Hostal Inti Wayra offers a garden and guestrooms with free WiFi. The accommodation provides room service, and organising tours for guests. Amazing location and views from the hostel. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.

INTI WASI LODGE er staðsett í Comunidad Yumani og býður upp á fjallaútsýni, veitingastað, öryggisgæslu allan daginn, bar og garð. Such a beautiful experience in Isla del Sol!! We arrived at Inti Wasi after a day of travelling and Yanette introduced herself and brought us all a cup of coca tea to our room which just set the tone perfectly. The lodge was a tranquil and gorgeous place and you can really notice the care that the family put into making your time there enjoyable. The breakfast was so good before a day of hiking around the island - eggs served fresh everyday! They have a restaurant too so if you are feeling tired then you can enjoy fresh homemade pasta and pizzas there in the evening! Just an overall 10/10 stay and could definitely have stayed there longer - Isla del Sol has a piece of our hearts thanks to this amazing place and people!!

The hotel is located right by the harbour making it really convenient with your luggage. The staff were so accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage before our room was ready and it was a great breakfast too overlooking the beautiful harbour! The room and bathroom was really large making our stay so relaxing and comfortable. We absolutely loved it!
