They picked me up from the airport and offered to drop me back for my return flight. They have a kitchen area for cooking your own meals, if you want. You will feel very welcome here. I loved my stay at Te Ariki and wish I could have stayed longer.

Meraki Hostel - Cerro Alegre - Valparaíso heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en gratis WiFi, en ligt in Valparaíso, op 1,8 km van Playa Caleta Portales en 2,8 km van Playa San Mateo. We had a wonderful stay at Meraki Hostel! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The café attached to the hostel was good and had incredible views from the porch. The location was very convenient for walking around Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion.

Lala porteña is a nice house on a hill, a bit away from the main tourist drag. I had a rental car so getting around was very easy, but Valparaíso buses are efficient and Google maps public transport option will tell you which route to take. The room was nice and airy, with a comfortable bed. But really what makes this place are the hosts! Luz and Tulio are lovely people who made me feel like I was a visiting relative rather than a tourist in a hotel! The breakfast with the home made bread was a great touch too. Easily my favorite stay in Chile!

The owners are very friendly, speak both English and Spanish and are always there to answer questions or help. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and everything you need. As there were cold nights, we got a heater and extra blankets which worked out pretty good. What we especially enjoyed were the carefully chosen decor inside and the vicinity of the building, with many excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, sights etc in walking distance.

Fortunata Chacana Guest House ligt in Valparaíso, op 15 minuten lopen van Playa San Mateo en 1,3 km van Playa Las Torpederas. Beautiful hotel, and Bastian was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a common fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook and keep your food. The owner is really friendly and helpful. 100% recommended

A véranda and a balcony directly westward cool mornings and fantastic sunsets. The central beach and a more quiet beach within 5 to 10 min walk. The host and his family was very helpful. Remember to ask if you need or miss anything. The town is active with good places to eat. There is an active fishing harbor and fish market lively markets and good routes for shorter walks 1 to 6 km. You can take the local busses to neighboring towns. Everyone we meet where friendly and keen to help In a nice way. We felt safe and in good hands. 😊☺️

Those who are not looking for super comfort, but an interesting experience. I felt great. The owner is very pleasant and friendly. Help in hiring a guide without whom you cannot have lunch on the island. And for good price. Room clean, bathroom functional, hot water always, bed good. WIFI reliable
