Best possible place to stay in Otavalo in my opinion. The location with beautiful view and terace, but still less than 10 mins walking to the centre. The rooms are brautifully equipped with everything you need.. You can even use the kitchen to prepare your food. Loved our host, very sweet people and didn't mind me using Google translate to communicate better. He even took us to a few places most visitors probably don't think about. They prepared us dinner one night which was great! The house is super cute and clean, love the view to the lake. The town is safe to walk I'm at night. Make sure to go to Bambu Grill. Great place to eat.

Located 3 km from Cotacachi commercial centre, Hacienda San Isidro De Iltaqui offers free WiFi and breakfast. The accommodation is set in an organic farm in a colonial hacienda. It's difficult to pick just one thing that we liked because the Hacienda San Isidro de Iltaqui was extraordinary in so many ways! We loved the hacienda's ambiance, the farm fresh food was delicious, and the hosts offered attentive, personal, old world hospitality that will bring us back. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Set in a charming colonial-style house built 300 years ago, Hosteria Hacienda Pinsaqui features 2 restaurants, and breakfast is provided. Otavalo city centre is 5 km away. Authentic, beautiful old hacienda, set in delightful sloping grounds, with views to mountains either side. We had probably the best room, no 7. Lovely public rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice vibe. Excellent location. We had 4 nights and could have managed a fifth. The rim walk around the crater lake Cuicocha was one of the best day hikes in our life 10/10 wow. 5 hours solid walking. Horse riding and Condor centre also good - 8/10. Otavalo market OK 7/10 and worth going to on a Saturday but. Food was so good we didn’t bother to eat in Octavalo.

This 150 year-old farmhouse is tucked in a lush mountain valley less than 2 hours from Quito. It features a garden, volleyball and football courts, and free private parking. Great place. Loved the room, the grounds, the fireplace! Food and service were both excellent.
