Lovely welcome from our host, Chris, who was lovely with our grandson, showing him the family guinea pigs. The family room we had was huge, with a spacious en suite. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was served to the conservatory table; a tray piled with cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and warm croissants was plentiful, and the coffee was fresh and refills were happily provided. Chris also catered for a gluten free eater with gf crumpets and granola. The house is a one minute walk from all the shops and places to eat in Braunton-, which is a really nice village. Off road parking was useful, and the gorgeous beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay area both only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Park House está en Budleigh Salterton, a menos de 1 km de Budleigh Salterton Beach y a 16 km de Estadio de rugby Sandy Park. Tina is a force of nature: absolutely amazing! She opened her home to us and made our holiday *perfect*. I have seen my fair share of CLEAN places, but this one was an entirely new level of cleanliness--and the breakfasts were the cherry on top. (Some days, literally.) I'm afraid she has ruined all our future holidays though: the bar is set so high now that most likely it cannot ever be reached again.

JJacqui & Robin were excellent hosts, they went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The English breakfast was great, served in the spacious dining room with a view to the garden. The rooms were clean with lots of storage space. Great selection of books in the dining room/upstairs for those who are interested.
