Internet is fast in the common area for any last minute travel planning; we didn't get good signal in room. Property is extremely clean; you can tell the owner took pride in running the lodge. We got two blankets for two people without needing to ask! There's even water and a little bowl of candy waiting for you on arrival. We met the owner and his family - very friendly people and gave us great tips about transportation since we had to catch an early train next day.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Sfântu Gheorghe, Casa Carter is a guest house surrounded by views of the inner courtyard. Perfect house, full equiped with a lot of things that you don t get even at 5 stars hotels. It was a lovely experience, and I'm definitely coming back next year.

She always made sure that everything is all right. We asked her to prepare dinner for us (upon extra payment) and she made 3 course meal, which was great. The room we had only had roof windows and therefore was not possible to let some fresh air in as they were too high to reach. Also there was no kitchen in the property where we could prepare our breakfast. There was a space outside under the pergola where we had tea, coffee and places to sit. It is a friendly and welcoming place and it is a walking distance from the Danube river.
