From the terrace you will have a beautiful view in the morning, the drive to the gorilla trekking site takes about 10 minutes. The basic room I stayed in was clean, had 24h electricity, Wi-Fi (even if you don't need it - there is very good mobile internet in the area) and everything else you may need (including intact mosquito nets). I felt very comfortable here.

Everything is good there. I'm a nostalgic person so the stay was worth my liking. The remoteness makes it all comfortable. It cuts you off from the modern world and it's horrors. The staff is so disciplined. The hosts are really great people, when you visit it's like you have become apart of the family. The cottages are really nice. Very well ventilated to keep out bugs. The lake view is awesome. Oh my God the food 😃 It's safe from dangerous animals and reptiles. Star gazing is one of the must-do things while there, it's so beautiful. I could go about it forever.
