The location is convenient. The room has decent space. What you see is what you get. But the service is exceptional. The front desk is more than helpful. What I appreciated the most was when he saw me feeling down. He called me up and gave a local Vietnamese fruit to cheer me up. It was really heartwarming. My initial stay was supposed to be 2 days but I ended up booking for a month. This property is the best for a budget business stay.

It is not in the center center but there are nice places to eat out. It is quite cosy and nice room. It has an elevator and the room is clean. I was quite satisfiedl A/C is a little bit not enoguh but this is the problem of all A/Cs in Vietnam I guess. The owner was not able to spaek English but we used a translator to communicate. There is no view but it has a balcony.

It is away from the busier part of town but not hard to walk there. The optional breakfast was nice. They also helped with laundry and a scooter rental.
