First floor superior rooms have a balcony or sun terrace, whilst second floor rooms have Juliet windows with sea views. All rooms are en suite and have complimentary toiletries, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Beautiful hotel...lovely area. Large comfortable room with equally large bathroom. Plenty of space in the car park or on the street for parking. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. We even saw the wall lizards in the garden. Convenient for walking into town or to the sea front. Ventnor Park just around the corner was lovely.

In a quiet location just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, The Denewood is a family-run guest house in Sandown with free parking and Wi-Fi. With its own bar, The Denewood is 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the Isle of Wight Zoo. Breakfast was generous and very tasty. and Kevin and Sara are exceptional hosts and I had a lovely stay.

The hosts Deborah and Branden so friendly , the location stunning on top of the cliff, beautiful views. Breakfast plentiful and nicely cooked . Bedroom clean , bed comfy.
