He even picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the train station when we were leaving. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

The whole compound was beautiful, bed was really comfortable with hot showers! Breakfast was excellent with great selection of freshly cut fruits! Staff were also really kind and flexible to allowing us to have our breakfast the night before (as supper) since we set out early in the morning (1am) for our Ijen hike and would not be able to eat it the next day. Staff was also very thoughtful to give us a night cream to keep insects away. Overall, a lovely place to rest in :) Thank you Tommy and staff!

If there is paradise on earth it is Harry´s Ocean House in Pacitan. Everything about it is beautiful. The dorm, where you basically sleep in the open, the common area, everything. It is a place where you will find chill people, can enjoy surfing with literally no people in the water (apart from the people staying at Harry´s and few locals) and not many other tourists. For me it is the spot to learn how to surf, since it is a beach break (safe), only few surfers, but still some good swell. It is perfect for relaxing and extending your stay to more than just a few days (I ended up staying a month). You can rent a surfboard and scooter for a really fair price (cheapest I have had in my travels). Tina and Gayun who run the hostel are super friendly too. I am already planning to come back at the end of my travels :)

Our accommodation was a clean, comfortable, and spacious room with a private outdoor bathroom. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Mr. Hadí organized for us a fantastic trip to Green Bay and a tour to Sukamade beach to see turtles, providing us with an unforgettable experience. Our stay was both pleasant and relaxing, and we are incredibly grateful for such a wonderful time!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great stay. The host is wonderful and super helpful with planning tours to Ijen, renting motorbike and any other inquiries you may have. He was easy to communicate with and gave us great tips on local places to go check out. He makes a great breakfast and even made sure we had fried bananas as a snack before leaving for our Mount Ijen tour at midnight. He really makes this homestay have tremendous value! The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. It was nice to have the toilet and shower separated by a small wall and there was hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well enough to keep us cool. The WiFi worked well, as we had no issues when browsing the internet and looking at reviews of places/tours. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend. Great base for Ijen tours.
