El Sumatra Thomas Leaf Monkey Guesthouse se encuentra en Bukit Lawang y ofrece vistas al jardín, restaurante, room service, bar y jardín. We stayed here for one night before our jungle trek. We booked our Medan airport to Bukit Lawang transport and the jungle trek with them. From the time of booking till we left the place; Brian and his team were extremely helpful. Sarah cooked delicious dinner for the night. The place is value for money and they even provide good breakfast. Our tour guide for the forest trek was Rosyid & his assistant Theo. They were absolutely amazing and the best throughout. I could complete my trek on the last day because of their motivation throughout. We can't recommend them enough. The food that they served during trek was also really good. Rosyid and Theo went out of their way to help a random guy during the trek who was unwell and made sure to give him the medicines and took extremely good care of him till he got better and help arrived. It didn't matter to him if the guy was part of our group or no and that shows how professional and caring they are. Magic tricks by Rosyid at the campsite was very entertaining. There was also Manto who cooked extremely delicious dinner and breakfast for us and helped with the river tubing. Would definitely recommend staying at Sumatra Thomas Leaf Monkey Guesthouse in Bukit Lawang.

El Sumatra Orangutan Discovery Villa se encuentra en Bukit Lawang y ofrece alojamiento con jardín y terraza. Algunos alojamientos tienen vistas al jardín. Best place ever to chill and feel part of the jungle. I did not want to leave. The food is incredible and all the team are so friendly. Recommend to book your jungle trek also, we did 2 days which was perfect. Amazing experience and amazing spot. Thank you :)

El seagate Cabañas in Sabang ofrece jardín y terraza. Todas las habitaciones tienen armario. Banda Aceh se encuentra a 32 km del seagate Cabañas. The Place was amazing. Great value for money. The room has a sea view, it is very quiet, comfortable, clean and you have a fridge, desk and drinking water in the room. Wifi works well and I could work and take online meetings with no problem. The food prepared at the restaurant is some of the best I have eaten in Indonesia. Because of Ramadan food options needed to be arranged in advance but the host cooked for us during lunch also because on the island there would have been very limited options otherwise. The best thing is the reef right in front of the property that is basically your backyard. Beautiful snorkeling you can stay in the water for hours. They arranged for us a pick up and drop off at the ferry port and also a scooter rental at a reasonable price.

El Juma cottages se encuentra en Tuk Tuk y ofrece restaurante, jardín y terraza. Hay estacionamiento privado disponible por un adicional. Todas las habitaciones incluyen baño privado. Lake access and beautiful view from the garden as well as the room - I think The most beautiful out of all The accomodation I’ve seen while walking around Tuk Tuk Village. New and very clean apartaments. Great banana pancaces for breakfast:) Very warm and helpful owners- helped organize a guide and transport around The lake as well as futher trip.

El Bua Guesthouse se encuentra en Medan, a 9 km de la Gran Mezquita de Medan, y ofrece alojamiento con salón compartido, estacionamiento privado gratuito, jardín y terraza. Lovely place, perfect for travellers stopping by on the way to e.g. Bukit Lawang or Lake Toba (you can arrange transport here which makes it all very easy). Lovely owners and staff. I stayed here twice on my trip and met interesting and friendly fellow travellers both times - it's that kind of place. Rooms are simple but pleasant, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The honesty fridge with drinks, snacks and, most importantly, natural insect repellent, is a great idea. The location is not far from the city centre (with a vehicle) but has more of a rural village feel, which is very pleasant. It offers outstanding value for money and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Medan.

El Kaesa Homestay está situado en Berastagi, en la región de Sumatra, y ofrece alojamiento con estacionamiento privado gratuito. El alojamiento sirve un desayuno halal. La amabilidad del propietario es lo que más nos gustó. Nos respondió todas las dudas que teníamos y nos ayudó siempre que lo necesitábamos. El hotel estaba muy limpio y la habitación era espaciosa.

El Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys se encuentra en Bukit Lawang y ofrece restaurante, bar, salón compartido y jardín. Ofrece habitaciones familiares y parrilla. Las personas propietarias eran muy simpáticas y te hacen sentir como en casa. El entorno es precioso y la habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y acogedora. Tienes el río muy cerca para bañarte.

El Smiley's Homestay se encuentra en Berastagi y ofrece alojamiento con patio y wifi gratis. Ofrece vistas a las montañas y balcón. El alojamiento sirve un desayuno continental o buffet. The breakfast at smileys is just stunning!!! Best breakfast you will find in Sumatra with self-made bread and banana-cupcakes. The room was big and clean with a nice terrace and a beautiful view. The hostel is located around 15 min walk from the center away, near to a nice viewpoint where you can see the sunset. Smiley ans his wife are such nice people! I would definitely go againg!

El Fun Family Guest House es un alojamiento de 2 estrellas situado en Bukit Lawang. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, consigna de equipaje y wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. Todo, fue una experiencia increíble, pasé unos días maravillosos gracias a Putra y Maya q me hicieron sentir como en casa, viví momentos únicos, incluso fuimos a una fiesta con trajes típicos, paz, risas, alegría por todos lados. Amo ese balcón y sus vistas al río y a la jungla. Fui para unos días y no pude evitar quedarme varios más, muchas gracias por todo, volveré a visitaros
