With mountain views, Sumatra Orangutan Discovery Villa is situated in Bukit Lawang and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden, sun terrace and picnic area. Wonderful stay! Tyson and his staff were so helpful and friendly. They threated us as family. If you want to do the trekking to see the oerang utans then you should also book with them. We booked the 2day trekking and it was such an amazing experience we will never forgot! One thing to keep in mind that there isnt an ATM in Bukit lawang. So bring enough cash with you.

We loved our stay here! Pino, his family and the staff were all so welcoming and lovely! We ended up staying here longer than expected. The rooms were very big, clean and a great balcony to chill on! Food in the restaurant was tasty, bike rental was easy and the bikes were in great condition. One of our favourite stops during our trip :)

Lovely place, perfect for travellers stopping by on the way to e.g. Bukit Lawang or Lake Toba (you can arrange transport here which makes it all very easy). Lovely owners and staff. I stayed here twice on my trip and met interesting and friendly fellow travellers both times - it's that kind of place. Rooms are simple but pleasant, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The honesty fridge with drinks, snacks and, most importantly, natural insect repellent, is a great idea. The location is not far from the city centre (with a vehicle) but has more of a rural village feel, which is very pleasant. It offers outstanding value for money and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Medan.

Situato a Berastagi, lo Smiley's Homestay offre sistemazioni con patio e connessione WiFi gratuita. Sistemazione con vista sulle montagne e balcone. When you leave Smiley homestay you feel enriched, yet like you are loosing something. Meeting people like Smiley, Cecilia, their family and friends is what I travel for. The knowledge, the stories and experiences shared in these few days will stay with me forever. The tours with Smiley and Triima are so fun and authentic. If you'll come to Berastagi without staying here, you will miss out! + the breakfast is delicious and the bed very comfy.

Il Fun Family Guest House è una struttura a 2 stelle situata a Bukit Lawang. Very nice Place in the middle of Bukit Lawang. Putra the owner and his family made everything to made my stay as nice as it could be. Food is very good and i really liked the view on the river. I also highly recommend ti do a tohr with Putra. He has a lot of knowledge about the jungle and you can notice, that he really cares about the wildlife and the area. While our trekk he always provided us with a lot of usefull informations, such as about the wildlife and also how about to survive in the jungle. My favourite was the nnightwalk we did in the jungle, cause when it gets darker you are even more able to see animals, you cant see while daylight. Putra and his guides also prepared very good food during the hike. All in all 10/10 Thanks for having me. Hopefully i will be able to come back one day to do the 10 day trekk :)

Situated in Krui, Walur Surf Villa offers beachfront accommodation a few steps from Walur Beach and offers various facilities, such as a garden and barbecue facilities. Everything really nice. Best price to value ratio in town. Frenkie is super nice & friendly. Room has everything you need & nice high ceilings. Chilling area and outside shower. See you next time 😄🙌🏽
