Brian helped set up the jungle trek with Rosyid, who was a incredible guide. He was very knowledgeable, fun and made sure we had a great time. Definitely recommend booking the trek through the guesthouse. I’m going to have to come back and do a longer trek with them.

Best place ever to chill and feel part of the jungle. I did not want to leave. The food is incredible and all the team are so friendly. Recommend to book your jungle trek also, we did 2 days which was perfect. Amazing experience and amazing spot. Thank you :)

SeaGate Bungalows se află pe malul mării în Sabang și include o grădină și o zonă de plajă privată. We spent five days in this paradise. The bungalow is really large and is surrounded by nature with an amazing terrace overlooking the sea. At night you fall asleep with the sound of the waves. Right in front of the bungalow is one of the most beautiful coral reefs on the island and at sunset everything becomes even more magical thanks to the unique colors and the passage of flying foxes (we also saw a manta ray jumping in front of our window). The place is certainly magnificent, but to make it unique are the two owners Borja and Yuyun who make you feel at home and pay a lot of attention to eco-sustainable tourism. They are also two very good divers (you can rent snorkling equipment) who will be able to advise you on the best experiences the island offers. Since it is not possible to withdraw cash in Banda Aceh province, you can wire them using Wise and they will withdraw the money for you. An unforgettable experience.

Lake access and beautiful view from the garden as well as the room - I think The most beautiful out of all The accomodation I’ve seen while walking around Tuk Tuk Village. New and very clean apartaments. Great banana pancaces for breakfast:) Very warm and helpful owners- helped organize a guide and transport around The lake as well as futher trip.

Lovely place, perfect for travellers stopping by on the way to e.g. Bukit Lawang or Lake Toba (you can arrange transport here which makes it all very easy). Lovely owners and staff. I stayed here twice on my trip and met interesting and friendly fellow travellers both times - it's that kind of place. Rooms are simple but pleasant, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The honesty fridge with drinks, snacks and, most importantly, natural insect repellent, is a great idea. The location is not far from the city centre (with a vehicle) but has more of a rural village feel, which is very pleasant. It offers outstanding value for money and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Medan.

I liked everything about this place, the room was great, comfortable bed, hot shower and great breakfast with a sweet surprise everyday - but what I liked the most is Kaesa and his lovely family, they made me feel at home, helped me with everything I needed and made my trip started in best way possible.

Let me stay in a slightly more expensive room inside without paying the difference and got a ride back to the guesthouse from the city center at night. I wasn’t there for long but definitely felt it was a good deal for the price. It is pretty far from the center of butik lawang. You can walk it in 20min or get a tuktuk for 30rp. The walk is nice. You get to see another side to the area.

They both are super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to things to do in the area, where to visit next and how to actually make it there.

I got sick before the trek and got a lot of support from the staff and the trek was easy to reschedule. The tour was the best jungle experience I've had this far, will be back for sure.
