Good quality bed, nice decorated room, all you need in a kitchen, free nespresso, smart tv, warm clean bathroom, with luxury (L’occitane) bathroom supplies. Everything was organized and very clean. You feel special noticing how the owners have so much attention to detail. They even offer guests free smoothies. The location is super central, close to a tourist bus stop, but in a calm street. Ah, and there’s such a nice lounge and rooftop! I highly recommend this place :-)

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking... It was a perfect location and house! His host was super friendly and very helpful. Also liked how extremely clean the house is.

Brilliant use of a small space with lots of smart ideas. Particularly impressed by the wall coffee/tea/kitchenette station and the storage under the bed. Bed was very comfortable, not much motion transfer from person sleeping next to me.
