The location and the view of the accommodation is so worthwhile; a pure wonder. Surrounded by stunning landscapes and sheeps, the place is peaceful and charming. You feel like you are privileged to be here. The food at the restaurant (but do book a table!) is excellent and the room was very comfortable.

A beautiful place. The train from Harry Potter passes right under the window. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of burners, pots, plates and cutlery. Plus a coffee brewer. Behind the railroad crossing (2 minutes from the house) is a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. I would definitely recommend.

Great accommodation, super clean, well equipped, quiet location, nice outdoor sitting area with great views, newish shared kitchen, well heated drying room, cute common room and absolutely sympathetic and helpful host. Our rooms looked like the booking ad, so I uploaded a photo of the incredible view.

I arrived a few hours early by bus, and stopped by to see if I could drop off my bag. They has luckily finished cleaning my bunk and I was able to check in early! Then, I was pondering what to do, and they gave a lovely suggestion of the nearby walking trail, and it was so worth it. There are helpful signs of other hiking paths and things to do in and around Fort William as well. After my hike, I was able to enjoy a free hot chocolate, from the mixes in the kitchen. There was also coffee and tea, and free milk as well. The lounge is super cozy and by evening time there was a little fire going, which added to the ambiance of it all. I truly felt like I was in a Dickens novel, if that isn't too cheesy to say! The wifi was also very strong, which was great! Check out was easy, and there were a few signs that reminded you what to do just in case you had to check out when the staff were preoccupied. Overall, a great experience. I truly recommend this place.

Accommodation- clean bedrooms, bedding, bathrooms and kitchen. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to the Ben Nevis visitors centre . Bathrooms were shared with other lodgers which was not a problem as they have quite a few and always found them clean. Has a self catering kitchen and a shared fridge in the kitchen. Quick check in and check out. All information was very clear and response time to queries was quick too. Would definitely go back if I'm around the area.
