Super nice staff (Emmanuel), helpful, efficient, friendly. Really cute place. Everything you need for a comfortable stay including tea and (instant) coffee. Location is excellent. Close to everything.

I always stay here when I visit Inverness and have never been disappointed. The place is always clean and the facilities are very good. It's not right in town, but only a short walk. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Iwas able to take advantage of a promotion of stay 3 nights and pay for 2. Can't go wrong with that when you're on a budget

Great locality, 7 minutes walk to train station. Fast check-in, private room, quiet surroundings due to carpets and thick walls. Beautiful view from room (top floor).

Great location, beautiful walk to the city centre along the river Ness, check in very easy, Donald was very helpful and responsive, the room was lovely and cosy, bed really comfy, brilliant powerful shower. Great kitchen facilities, hostel like, if you use it you clean it. Will definitely stay again!
