Great location near the "fast food" restaurant and two supermarkets(1 24hr) Nice hot strong shower.. comfortable beds. Big bright common area.. remember to get off the train at the second station "Borjomi Park" go left not right and find the Pigeon bridge.. only 5 minutes walk this way.. 2 lari train from Tblisi 6:35.. great stay highly recommended 😁

Loved this place. Perfect location, right on the river and middle of the tourist district. Room was basic but comfortable, has a nice desk for working. Good wifi but coverage depends on the room. Wonderful balcony overlooking the river, great for working or just relaxing. The staff is a group of kindly women, though they speak no English at all. I ended up extending 4 nights I loved the place so much. Even in July, room never felt hot.
