Well situated in Rabat, Dar Oussama offers air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi. Certain units at the property feature a terrace with a city view.

This hostel has barely opened, and already made its mark in Rabat. On Booking.com it says I only stayed for 1 night, but I ended up booking 2 extra nights in this hostel, because I loved it so much. • First and foremost I need to give my compliments to Oussama (owner) & Aya (staff). They are both super young, but run this hostel with such pride and care. It's truly amazing to witness. I personally had the privilege of befriending Aya, but Oussama is just as caring, friendly and polite. • They also give the best tours & streetfood finds! • I absolutely loved the location: right in the heart of Rabat. • The hostel was always clean, well organized and just taken care of all-in-all. Towels are clean, shower water is warm instantly, there is fans available at night, beds are comfy etc. • It's truly a great place to meet new people, and I made so many great connections there. Really fun to socialize together on the rooftop! • Laundry costs you only 20 dirham, and it is folded + put onto your bed when it's dry. • The communal spaces are on the tinier side, but for some reason it had it's charm. I'd reccomend this hostel to anyone! It's like a warm bath and you'll feel right at home from the very start.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

The Road had a great location in the middle of the Médina, we were recommended a safe parking space near by, that was very affordable. The lady that welcomed us at the riad was extremely kind throughout the entire stay.

The Riad is located very centrally, in old Medina. If you travel to Morocco first time, you might be cautious, but the area is pretty safe, there is a police station nearby and in general no one will bother you. The beach is just 10 minutes walk away. Good value for money, but the room is very small (I would say, comfortable for one person, but not more). If you are on a tight budget I recommend this place.
