Lovely location with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There's a big kitchen that makes it easy to cook your own food an also a BBQ you can use outside to grill. It's situated just off the river so you can hear the water in the morning which is nice. The views are stunning and it's easy to get to town and hiking trails.

He offered me an upgrade for peanuts. * Rooms feature everything a hostel should, including a table and a chair * The fully equipped kitchen is MASSIVE * The environs are what you would expect in Transcarpathia. You feel in the middle of nature. * The building is located within a gated territory * Bonus: cheap coffee machine on hostel premises

Called the staff on arrival, and they arrived within 15min. There was a blackout in town on that day (a severe thunderstorm), and the hostel owner kindly lent me a powerbank to charge my gadgets. The power supply resumed in about 30min. ~10 min on foot from the train/bus station. In the room, there is a power outlet next to every bed, lockers and curtains on the bed to provide decent privacy.

The people who run the hostel are great - accommodating and helpful. Can very much recommend if visiting Rakhiv.
