YHA Pittwater Eco Sydney is only accessible via water taxi or ferry only, followed by an uphill walk. The vibe was great. Nature everywhere - it was beautiful

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and covered parking is available.... We loved it! The location was perfect, and the entourage was a vibe, surf vibes we love. And we got a free upgrade to a private room because there was a dubble booking for the dorms! But we do not complain!! Also the staff was really really nice :) also a big and nice kitchen! Also you can rent free surfboards!!

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Port Macquarie’s bars and nightclubs, Ozzie Pozzie Backpackers offers free WiFi, a seasonal outdoor pool and a fully equipped communal kitchen. I stayed only one night, but the facilities were impeccable. There was a TV room, pool, swimming pool. Really nice place.

Close to all transport modes, namely trains, trams, buses, and ferries especially, as it's a few minutes away from Circular Quay. Saved me a lot of time! And gave me the flexibility to be more lenient with my itinerary, as well as spend most of my time hanging out by the Opera House or taking late-night walks along Milsons Point. Just knowing my homebase was near made for a more relaxing trip. Room was very clean, especially the bathroom. All was functional and I appreciated the overall layout of the room—it was spacious and so even if I shared the room with 3 others, it didn't feel cramped. I liked how there are only 3 levels to the whole building, so can go with lifts or the stairs without problem. The rooftop was amazing! But so was the dining room and kitchen. Perfect mix of quiet and social. The ambience was generally very pleasant, did not encounter noisy guests and people were friendly. I saw some social activities ads in the kitchen but didn't get to try. Breakfast had limited options but no complaints from me. I got my daily granola fix + apple juice fix, and both tasted great. :)

Located in Byron Bay town centre, YHA Byron Bay offers backpacker accommodation just 400 metres from Main Beach. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a tropical garden and games room. The staff were all so friendly and personable which made me feel so welcome. The quad room with private bathroom was spacious and comfortable and I had great respectful roommates. Location is excellent and close to the bus exchange and beach.

Situated within an Art Deco heritage-listed building, YHA Blue Mountains Katoomba offers a range of rooms, a BBQ area, a games room and an impressive former ballroom with a cosy fireplace. Great room, has small kitchen which is great for morning coffee & simple dishes. The place is VERY CLEAN and well maintained. Lots of social events organized by the wonderful staff members.
