The room had an incredible view to the waterfall, a little balcony and a shared kitchen. Toilets are shared but private (one shower in one room). Best way to share!

Super large room with lots of space. Location is a little bit of a walk but so perfect for anyone trying to hike or backpack.

Set in a traditional Swiss chalet, Lake Lodge Hostel is located directly at Lake Brienz, and offers a free private beach, a garden with outdoor furnishings, and views of the Alpine landscape. I booked a room with mountain view with the value cost. This location (Iseltwald) is nearby a place was filmed in famous Korea “Crash Landing on You”. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend to my friends.

My friend and I had the most amazing stay at alpine base. The town was beautiful and the hostel had a wonderful community feel. Make sure to take the sailboat ride on Fridays!
