They are a like a company with a lot hostels between China, I stayed and 3 of them, my Favourite without doubt is for Hangzou the staff there are amazing, very organised, they answered the questions very quickly and they even gave me a free breakfast, the others two was in Chengdu and Xi'an, chengdu the staff are a bit lost they gave me one bad and after another girl was to be in the same bed but I don't have any complaints about the place or the room all the services was very good, xi'an staff are good but they take too long to answer the questions 😅, but the place is good too, all the places is like the same, have a good structure and good rooms, they offer some supplies and have space to relax, watching TV and laundry. Super recommend 💗

Andy on the desk was exceptional. She booked multiple trains and the Terracotta warriors and more. All with excellent english, thanks. Great location, just out of Xinnanmen metro, exit D. A 5 metre walk. It's labelled Local Tea Hostel. There are heaps of food stalls and a night market behind the hostel. Very quiet, good shower and clean. Good air con. Yes the foyer is sub standard but the hostel itself is fine.

Very friedly nice enviorment- Helena (the girl who works at reception) and the other guy were really nice with me I felt like home. They let me use the kitchen to Cook and also they gave me info on how to move around the city.. they both speak english.. They also organize dinners together (when I was there I was invited at Dumpligs home-made dinner) and I had a great time ! Thank you ! Good quality/price- the area around has many restaurants and supermarkets.

El Teddy Bear Hotel dispone de una cafetería con una decoración temática basada en los osos de peluche y de alojamiento con conexión gratuita a internet. Teddy bear is such a fun and easy place to stay. Perfect location for everything around with the bus station next door. Andy ( the owner ) was incredible, and helped us all along the way with getting up Emeishan and around town. If you have any questions, ask him. He has good English. The food is also delicious so teddy bear has all you need. We even got a mascot to take on our travels 🧸

El Holly's Hostel de Chengdu, situado a 3 minutos a pie del templo del Marqués Wu (Wu Hou Ci), ofrece habitaciones privadas y compartidas económicas con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Fueron muy amables en todo momento. Ayudándonos a reservar las entradas para el zoo panda y explicándonos cualquier duda que tuviéramos. Hablan inglés lo cual se agradece mucho y además nos pidieron taxi cada día de nuestra estancia, acompañándonos incluso al taxi para explicarle al taxista donde queríamos ir.
