Free WiFi zones are available in some areas of the hostel and tea, coffee and water is available for guests. Clean and nice bedroom. They have a shared kitchen that you can use for breakfast. Very quiet hostel. The highlight was, however, the sympathy of the staff. I got to the hostel without any plan or tour booked and Silvia helped organizing everything. Silvia and Marcelo were for sure great contributors to my wonderful stay in Galapagos!! Muchas gracias ❤️

All of the private bathrooms also come with a shower and free toiletries. the property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, location was close to good restaurants and island features (Charles Darwin research centre), open fish markets and good pubs. The staff were very helpful.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. I had to travel to other islands before checking in at the hostal in Santa Cruz and they kindly allowed me to keep my stuff for a few hours while I waited for the boat. Check in was easy and fast. Upon arrival, I was placed on a shared dorm but when we turned on the AC, it was leaking and staff came over and tried to fix it but because of the curfew, they couldn't find anyone available that day and so they moved us to private rooms for that night. I really enjoyed the upgrade. There's a nice terrace upstairs and the hostel is quiet in general, so you'll be able to rest. It's also very close to the port and to the main street and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Then they fixed the AC the next day and I was lucky because I had the whole dorm to myself for 2 nights in a row. The place was clean and the hot water in the shower worked perfectly. I can definitely recommend this place.

It was nice that the rooms were set back from the street. It felt quieter as a result.
