Fabriccio (and his sweet parents)couldn't have been a better host. His exceptional level of communication before our arrival, as well as his ongoing attentiveness, and wonderful recommendations for things to do and where to go, and all around general help and interactions made our week absolutely unforgettable! Even if Banos had nothing to offer(and it couldn't have offered more fun and adventure!)we'd come back again just to see Fabriccio! :-) It is very apparent he loves what he has created for his guests. So much so it seems he can read your mind to always be one step (or many!)ahead always making sure everything goes well for you. So many little touches like an unexpected coffee, or snack, or use of a bathing cap for the hot springs, eecommrndatikn and information for the best your operator in town, and even offering a late checkout to accommodate our night bus departure! The list goes on and on. (And we saw it extended to all of his other guests too) The backdrop of the volcano, the quiet, the hot showers, convenience of shared kitchen, ease of comminicationg in English, and a perfect location were all icing on the cake! A peaceful, friendly and clean place to stay in Baños, a little bit outside of the town center so a good night‘s sleep is guaranteed! I loved the warm welcome of the owner, and I adored the two cute dogs and the cat!

The room was very cozy and clean. The host was helpful and provided me all the necessary info. I would have stayed longer if I had enough time:)

The hostal owner was the best, always eager to help. Even at the first day they give you a map and some helpful tips to move around.

The Casa Verde Eco Guest House offers a solarium with views of the mountains and the Pastaza River just a few minutes from Baños. Buffet breakfast is included. The breakfast was the best we had in Ecuador. Lots of fresh fruit yogurt and juice and homemade goodies. And we had a room with a balcony with a lovely view where we could just chill. Nothing was too much trouble for our host.

I wasn't feeling well and they took really care about me. They also told me a lot of good spots to go. 🥰 everything is clean and I definitely can recommend this lovely place 👍

I loved this place, I would have stayed longer if I could. It's a 7 minute walk to the main square (according to Google) and I loved the location as it was close but away from the noisy streets. I slept so well here, really quiet room and big comfortable bed. It's a very friendly family run business.

We stayed during the nationwide protests and were unable to leave Baños. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a spacious room with a balcony and a view of the waterfall. We slept great every night with the sound of the waterfall. We also enjoyed the rooftop where we could make meals after breakfast time and sit outside and enjoy the beauty of Baños. We would definitely stay again.
