Looming is an eco-friendly hostel located a 10-minute walk away from the Tartu Railway Station. All clean, friendly staff. Also bed were very comfy. Very great location. And this is my 4th or 5th time at this place, and I will go there again. Also liked that last time I say that internet isn`t working in lower level rooms- this time they offer device for better internet in room if needed.
