I loved the position, it’s the only hostel in west end, rooms are clean and big, hot water ( not so common in central america!) and airconditioning. The place is 5 min walking from the village and the action but far enough to make you feel in the middle of the nature. I loved the balcony and the host makes you feel like at home. He cook also one night for us! West end is the place to stay in Roatan for backpackers

Roatan Backpackers' Hostel features free WiFi access and free private parking. Some units feature a seating area where you can relax. You will find a shared kitchen at the property. The hostel is very nice and clean, Mel and the staff are professional, very friendly and kind, the pool is relaxing, breakfast is delicious ( they have even vegan options). I rented a scooter for 3 days, I think that it’s the best way to visit the island and Belkis was very helpful.
