Located in the heart of the city of Wellington,The Marion Hostel offers a range of backpacker accommodation and features a rooftop terrace. First time solo traveler, and it was the first time in a hostel outside of my country, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the choice I made. It was clean with enough bathrooms and toilets to cater to everyone. The location was absolutely perfect 👌 close to Cuba Street and walking distance from the museum, the supermarket, and the water front. I personally loved the rooftop and had most of my meals up there. I would definitely make a return trip.

Chilled out atmosphere. Perfect location for the crossing. The owner makes you feel very welcome. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Had a beautiful stay. It did exceed my expectation as I had access to games,movie rooms and the common area with the kitchen is great. In addition my room and bed was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped with easy check in and check out. The building is so clean :) Also i was able to keep my luggage In the reception area even after my checkout for almost 6 hrs. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Finlay Jack's Backpackers offers an ideal location in Taupo. The hostel offers single bed dormitory's. The bed! Normally I don't like upper bunk bed but this one is stairs, not ladders to going up. Also, there are 2 pillows in the bed that never happened in another hostel in NZ. I really appreciate that!
