We sold that and have recently completely renovated this home in Arthurs Seat - Sulla Collina (Which means "On the Hill" in Italian). We absolutely love living here, its a quiet location with views of Safety Beach where you can see the boats out on the water, the birdlife here is amazing and EVERYTHING is a mere 5-10min drive or walk away. We are clean living animal and nature lovers, we go to the beach almost every morning (Including Winter) for a connection to nature. We hope you love staying here as much as we do.

A very quiet and friendly neighbourhood with permanent residence, set amongst gum trees, birdlife and surrounded by walking a mountain bike tracks. It is literally a 6min drive to shops, beach, wineries, breweries, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Seawinds and Eagle Chairlift. There is no public transport on the hill, take your car or walk.
