Dream Views at Arthurs Seat boasts spectacular views over Port Phillip Bay and the Mornington Peninsula. This luxurious air-conditioned apartment offers free WiFi. Guests can unwind in the outdoor hot tub, on the spacious patio area while enjoying the view. Dream Views B & B is a 15-minute walk to Arthurs Seat State Park. It is a 15-minute drive from Rosebud, Dromana, Shoreham beach. The relaxing Peninsula Hot Springs and the Moonah Links Golf Club are also a 15-minute drive from the property. The modern adults only apartment offers a spacious lounge featuring a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It opens on to a private balcony with views of the Melbourne city skyline. You can prepare a light meal in the kitchenette, which features a microwave. The bathroom offers a private shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Luxurious bathrobes are provided.

Dream Views is an exclusive luxury B & B. Situated at the summit of Arthurs Seat, it offers unique views over the Mornington Peninsula and Port Phillip Bay. Quite, relaxing and luxurious it is the perfect venue for a romantic getaway. An outdoor bath on the decking offers the romantic relaxing views over the bay. A self serve breakfast consisting of fresh local bread, condiments, milk, tea and coffee eggs to cook in a supplied egg cooker, will be placed in your room priôr to your arrival. Please note, there is no stove but microwave, toaster and coffee machine.
I have lived on the Mornington Peninsula for 35 years and love it for its beautiful beaches, golf courses, bush walks and fine food. I love to meet people and have travelled extensively. I really enjoy welcoming quests to my home in Arthurs Seat. Dream Views is a hidden treasure, warm, romantic and relaxing. I love to play golf, or at least try... As a member at the Dunes Golf Links, I have the pleasure of playing golf on one of our best links courses in Australia.
The Enchanted Maze and summit lookout are only 5 minutes from your accommodation. With spectacular wineries, golf courses and Peninsula Hot Springs only 10-15 minutes away by car, this is a fabulous place from which to start exploring the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. Please note: There may be intermittent noise from a new development next door. These works are from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday There is no work on weekends. Tariffs are discounted by 10% to offset any inconvenience Sunday - Friday.
