Situated in a very safe, family friendly street, the house is totally refurbished, new carpet, bathroom, kitchen and painted in crisp white, hence the name. It has everything you need for a prefect stay, wifi, microwave, TV etc and free on street parking.

Having been in the property business for 30 years I believe that your customer always comes first and now I am branching out into holiday rentals. I love my city and the beautiful county of Donegal just over the border and would encourage everyone to take the time to go there to see the beautiful beaches and also go up towards Portrush where there are fun things for children including the Giant's Causeway and the famous amusements.

A three minute walk to the local shops, cafes and bars and situated just 10 minutes from the fantastic Ebrington Plaza, the city's newest leisure attraction. There's an award winning restaurant The Sooty Olive more or less at the end of the street and lots of takeaways about eight minutes away (close enough to get food and far enough to not be of any nuisance!). Our street is a family street, people still leave their front doors open! It is safe and quiet. You really can walk anywhere in the city - after Ebrington (where a new five star hotel is opening shortly) you cross the Peace Bridge over the beautiful, wide, river Foyle and you are into the ancient walled city with many more bars, clubs restaurants, theatres and most anything you could want for. Derry / Londonderry is known for it's vibrancy and friendliness and with everything within walking distance it is such an easy place to enjoy. Travel further afield and you can be at the world famous Giant's Causeway in 45 minutes, The Bushmills Distillery or the famous Barry's old style amusement park in Portrush (you have to go on the Ghost Train). Or visit the wonderful and beautiful Donegal where you literally can have a golden beach all to yourself. We are actually spoilt for everything in our famous City so come along and spoil yourself too.
