The hillside location enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and Heraklion city (which is only 15 km away) and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 2 minutes drive (1,2 km). -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
