Offering 4 private apartment units, with optional 1 or two bedroom configurations that have 1 bathroom, full kitchens with dishes and cookware, televisions in each apartments living room and bedrooms, and includes complimentary coffee, tea, basic cooking ingredients, drinking water, fruit, onsite secure parking, and WiFi. Outdoor barbecue area, hammock swings, cornhole game, provide a great choice to enjoy outdoors while at the property. The Cozy Apartment Villas property is conveniently located at the south end of Rosarito Beach, just 4 blocks east of the Main Blvd Benito Juarez where the "Tourist Zone" is located (Rosarito Sur Exit). The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants offering quick bites, dine-in, or delivery options taht are within walking distance. Additionally, the Plaza Laureles shopping plaza offers a Ley Grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, dentist office, and more.
