Property info

A commercial space in the bottom unit of a downtown Harrisburg row house converted to an artsy tiny home. Located in the trendy SoMA (South of Market) downtown Harrisburg neighborhood steps from the Amtrack/Greyhound station, the PA State Capitol, Strawberry Square, the Crowne Plaza/Hilton hotels and a few blocks from Restaurant Row. Street parking is easy to find next to the unit and is free daily from 5pm-8am and Sundays. Seven minute drive to Farm Show and twenty minute drive to Hershey. A commercial space newly renovated and furnished as a tiny vacation home. The bathroom was recently renovated with a new shower. All furnishings are newer and a reflection of the space. Newly installed mini-split AC/heat to enhance comfort during your stay. The unit has a kitchenette with a large mini fridge, microwave, double burner, sink and a Keurig style coffee maker.

In the middle of a lot of activity in the artsy, hip downtown Harrisburg SoMA (South of Market) neighborhood. One block from the Harrisburg Transportation Center (Amtrak/Greyhound), Strawberry Square, and Harrisburg University. Two blocks from the state capitol building. Three blocks from the fine dining and bars of downtown Harrisburg's famous Restaurant Row. Be prepared to walk everywhere.
