We only allow dogs. When traveling with dogs, please note that an extra charge of $50.00 per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. There is not a weight limit. Remittance of the pet fee is required at least 5 days prior to check-in via online money transfer such as PayPal or Venmo. Please notify your host when traveling with dogs and we will provide the business username to collect the pet fee.

Please note that we are unable to provide complimentary daily parking passes or permits for parking at our premises, as per the building's property management team's regulations.

Public lot located at the corner of SOUTH 18TH STREET and EAST MAIN STREET, directly across from the pizza place. Please be aware that parking at this lot typically incurs a daily fee. This lot is the closest option, situated just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

Please inform Cozy Chic Retreat in the Heart of RVA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to US$500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
