ABA Legacy Properties, LLC was formed in Atlanta, GA in 2018. It is a family-owned real estate and property management company. We currently own both long-term and short-term rental properties in Georgia and Mississippi and are expanding across the U.S. The owners have several years of both hospitality and real estate experience and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

The Vine City BeeHive is a 3bdrm, 2.5 bath themed residential home in the Historic Vine City neighborhood of Westside Atlanta. The BeeHive is within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Georgia World Congress Center, and the Vine City Marta station which will take you directly to Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. The home attracts many guests traveling for conventions, sports events, concerts, or just an overall great time in the city. The Vine City BeeHive, with its unique shotgun styled architecture, is beautifully decorated with beehive themed accents throughout the home. For entertainment fans, the master bed/bath also known as the "Queen Bee", is themed after American singer, songwriter, actress and entrepreneur, Beyonce' Knowles-Carter. The BeeHive can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and is suitable for individuals, groups, and families. A private driveway is available at the rear/side of the property, which is rare in the inner city, and we are happy to provide up to (2) guest parking permits for street parking during stadium events. The Vine City Bee Hive is located in Historic Vine City in the heart of Westside Atlanta. You are able to walk 2-3 blocks to conventions, sports events, and concerts at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Other popular attractions within 3 miles include the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, Museum of Civil Rights, Rodney Cook Sr. Park, Trap Museum, College Sports Hall of Fame, and State Farm Arena. Vine City Marta station is a block from this property and can take you directly to Hartsfield Atlanta Airport. This Historic neighborhood has recently been rebuilt so there are still some structures in the area that need improvement. Martin Luther King's last residence is a block away and Vine City is the community of several HBCUs including Morris Brown College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, and Morehouse College. The property sits across the street from a Community Garden and there are 2 public parks in the neighborhood.
