The owners are extremely friendly, as are the two dogs. The bed was very comfortable and warm and the breakfast was nice. Totally recommend.

Hostal Las Balsas features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Copacabana. It is a nice place to stay, the view of Titicaca through the windows by the morning is nice. Breakfast is simple: coffee or tea, one egg, 2 breads, jelly and butter. There is hot water and television works. The staff is really great. Worthy.
