Very clean and spacious, attractive room, huge comfortable bed with good quality bed linen, big TV, spacious bathroom, large shower cubicle and great towels, first meal in the restaurant was delicious (beef bourguignon), good local ale at a reasonable price, breakfast was mixed but full English was very good. Dark haired lady on duty on our first night was lovely, friendly and very professional (apologies for not having a name). Contact via the app was good and the code access worked well. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was fabulous, the rooms were incredible comfortable and the nature around the hotel is wonderful. We have a small dog, and had a great walk in the morning before breakfast. Also the dinner was perfect after a long day of walking and exploring. You could warm yourself next to the woodfire, with a refreshing cider and a happy and tired dog at your feet. Highly recommended.

Staff really friendly. Had a evening meal at the brown Cow and it was really good value staff there amazing. Couldn't fault anything.

Este hotel está situado en el centro de la localidad de Bowness-on-Windermere, a solo 2 minutos a pie del parque temático World of Beatrix Potter. Hay conexión de wifi gratis en las zonas comunes. Although located near the Tavern the rooms were quiet with no noise. The room had all amenities needed. The location was excellent - close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops as well the lake.
