Location, Location, Location! This property is across the street from "The Hole in the Wall Beach" and Niantic's Boardwalk, one of the longest boardwalks in CT over 1 mile long. It's was very pleasant atmosphere, kind people, parking spaces, near the beach, shops nearby, good cafe and bakery for breakfast.
