The staff was very friendly. We arrived very early and they let us keep our bags at the reception for convenience while we went out and about. Good sound proofing as well as we heard a lot of traffic sounds while walking back to the hotel but there was no sound in the room. Would definitely book again if we're ever going to Zepp KL for concert and will recommend friends and family to this hotel.
