The tram stop is just hundred metres away. There is a coffee shop in front of the hotel and a range of supermarkets and other shops in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are good. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant.

A very well appointed studio apartment: sitting area, kitchen corner, bedroom, modern bathroom - no frills, but has everything you need - and an exquisitely comfortable bed! Nice views into the garden too. Owner was helpful in letting me in when the key code business failed when I arrived, and was happy to lend me a phone charger too.
