The staff are excellent. Helpful, friendly and respectful to the guests. Room and restaurant prices are very competitive and because of the location, it is a great venue to jump to other things - flights or safari's etc.

I arrived at the gate, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. They genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. But the biggest highlight was their amazing safari option. Let me tell you, these guys know their stuff! They took me on a personalized adventure to Nairobi National Park. Seeing lions and giraffes up close was awe-inspiring, and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out all sorts of hidden gems. Hemak Suites truly elevated my trip from a vacation to an unforgettable experience.

Great hotel, just what we needed. Had security out the front also who would let Uber's in when needed. Staff very helpful. They got up early to make us breakfast so we could eat before we had to leave for our Safari..

Hotel was great. Couldn't do enough fir us. Kept our bags while we went on safari, and then welcome us back.

we wanted to find an accommodation close to the giraffe and elephant park , this accommodation is set in the most stunning surroundings, with the most beautiful little birds flying around the lodge , the lodge is of a very high standard, we wanted to book a safari and they helped us with an excellent trip, I highly recommend to organise a safari from this place also , make sure to ask for Rama as your guide ! This was an amazing experience, the staff are very friendly , highly recommend this lodge !

Lovely warm welcome from the owners, who were charming and interesting to chat to over dinner. Very caring when 2 of us felt ill. Interesting farm setting for our children to explore and a nice change from staying in a hotel or safari lodge. Handy for visit to Giraffe Centre.

What a pleasant surprise!!! We were absolutely delighted with Ololo Lodge, both "safari atmosphere" like and refined in the details! The food was generous and delicious ...from the Ololo farm! The room was cosy and lovely. A great attention to details throughout, a lovely smiling staff+++ Really close from Nairobi and both its airports where the staff from the lodge picked us up. We did two games in the Nairobi National Park with an excellent ranger.
